SHIPPING
We ship within 5 business days from the time of your order. Once it's in the hands of UPS, FedEx or USPS then shipping times vary depending on location and time of year.

Some items may ship from a different warehouse and could arrive separately.

RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
No returns for sizing issues on clothing, make sure you verify sizes through a size chart for that product. If you are concerned about the sizing and can not find the sizing chart please reach out to Ordie Mart and we will assist you as best we can.
